NSCC currently has a 10-14 turn around time. That does not include shipping times. We have until the 14th day to have your order at the carrier and provide a tracking number.

Once your package is dropped off to USPS and a tracking number is created, we are no longer responsible for it. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Please make sure the address you entered is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS as these are all custom orders.
